In some of the theme there wont be footer.php, but footer- custes.php. You donot need to wipe whole footer.php codes, but delete from <footer id = "something to and replace the code from back end of webpage code. thats it! job done
Thank you very much, I do not any thing about coding, and the theme I am using has bit more complex code. When I deleted that, my mobile menu also stopped working, however, I used your trick to comeover
i had remove the footer likns but now a message in on the footer “please return footer link” and if scroll the page then if stay of the same position.
