  3. Hogan, I think you set a ratio of 800×600 for the pics. My pics are higher than wider, so I will get something like 404×600. After refreshing page to view product in a new window, the pic/product doesn’t fit within the image square. The problem remains after having resized the image to 59×100. When I click on the image, the clicked image is super small, of course. What am I doing wrong?

  6. Hogan, I need to set up a couple things in my website that I haven’t found (yet!) in your tutorials:
    1. Sign-up & login sections. I’m working in a website to display job offers, I will manage 2 types of customers: recruiters and job-seekers. The job-seekers will have the chance to register to get more access to the job posting and to send their CV to our database
    2. As just mentioned, I need to set-up two different databases, one with the openings from the companies seeking for employees, and another of job-seekers, where they will introduce their data, contact info, etc, and their CV.

    Can you give me some guidance on how to achieve both tasks?

  8. Sorry, Hogan! Regarding the logo, I got “http//” two times. But regarding the other issue, is there a recommended pixel resolution? Some of mina are at 72 and others at 300. Does it matter. Sorry, but I’m a total newbie at this.

    Is there a way to have the main navigation menu sit under the the header as opposed to inside the header?
    All I want in my header is my logo, search bar and cart.
    I want to have quite a large menu, with dropdown categories sitting directly underneath.

  17. Hey Hogan I seem to have run into the problem of my newsletter at the body being a different color then yours. For some reason where it says “Newsletter” mine is in white font color and i have a white background so i want to change the font color. any insight on how to do this? also i cant seem to get my products to go into the sub menus that I want to. For instance , under store i have mens apparel, womens apparel, and accessories, but no matter what i do when i add a product it defaults into the mens apparel category any help with this? thank you

  18. Hogan Chua Thank You for your amazing videos it inspired me to make my website look amazing. I need some help with my shop page that when I view an additional photo for a product there is no close button on the image to close it, I have to click back on the browser to close it.
    And I wish to add the arrows on the additional photos of a product so that I may scroll between the additional photos.
