Setting Up A Photography Portfolio In WordPress

Setting Up A Photography Portfolio In WordPress

The theme I’m using in this video is Hero by ThemeTrust – you can find it here:

This is part 2 in our series of videos on setting up a photography website using WordPress.

In this video we’ll take a look at setting up a theme for our WordPress site. I’m using a portfolio theme from ThemeTrust. Great themes and they are very easy to use. They look awesome as well.

  1. Thanks for showing this.
What is the benefit of using WordPress vs any other web page building option?

  2. Some shameless flattery….
I really, really like what you’re doing.  Seriously.  You’re changing my view of photography.  For a while I backed off from being so “nerdy” about photography.  No one else I knew was so preoccupied with it.  It may seem like a concealed compliment but you’ve finally made me feel normal.

Thanks for all the work you do.

  3. I’m having trouble with uploading the zip file onto wordpress. Themetrust never sent me a zip file, just a bunch of .php files. Is there an option I’m missing?

  4. Hi there! Thanks for the video.
I was just wondering if there are any updated themes to use?
