The WordPress ‘happiness engineers’ have told me a) they don’t support FTP and b) you can’t change themes in WordPress anyway (?!) So they’re unable to tell me how to access the CSS file as it ‘can’t be done’. I’ve downloaded filezilla, and I”ve tried using ExtendCP, but I can’t log into my domain so can’t access the files you’re talking about. Consequently I can’t get past the one minute mark in your video. Is there a tutorial on how to get into the software you’re using in the first place? I’m sure once I’m ‘in’ I’ll be able to follow the CSS stuff – but I can’t get in. Thanks
