Start by installing and activating the Email Templates plugin

Go to Appearance, Email templates to configure.

By default the plugin uses the email address from the WordPress settings, but you can change that.

You can change the header area, add a logo, use the text for the header, colors, font size, and text color.

Once you’re finished just save our changes and now you have a beautiful email template to use.
